IMCD’s e-commerce online shopping system as a part of our Ecoindustry offers a user-friendly interface for exploring products that aid customers and designers in successfully performing activities of daily production. Our e-commerce provide a unique online shopping experience with a direct connection to the website for a more robust set of product information. It includes direct links to individual product pages making online shopping and searching at the same time easy and lead you through a few essential data. IMCD customers can inquire and order via the system directly to our customer service.
In order to shorten delivery time and facilitate customers at closer range, IMCD utilizes central logistic warehouse services in Belgium. The IMCB (Belgium) warehouse is kept fully stocked, with standard products, thus enabling prompt order response and deliveries within 48 hours to our customers in Europe that improve business, reduce environmental impact, less shipments and reduce the CO2 emissions which comply with IMCD Ecoindustry concept.
Sustainability isn’t just only about switching our own business practices to become greener. At IMCD as sustainable company demonstrating shared values and helping the customer act sustainably and enhances the emotional aspect of customer experience, IMCD recognize the need to evolve our loyalty sustainable programs and create a consistent customer experience with personalization across all touchpoints. Our goal is to reduce the environmental footprint of packaging including boxing and shipping, IMCD’s sustainable packages already shifted to more eco friendly packaging. Customers expect it and the health of our planet demands it. By using eco-friendly materials in IMCD as recyclable materials and reusable materials and other sustainable packaging we succeded to provide eco-friendly packaging solutions that meet our customers’ aesthetic, environmental and performance goals.
As part of sustainable customer service, IMCD continually strives to be socially responsible. IMCD requires employees to abide by the IMC Compass – “Good Business Conduct and Ethics Code” and Berkshire Hathaway Inc “Code of Business Conduct and Ethics”, and perform duties to meet the requirements of these regulations.
At the headquarter of IMC group recently – nominated a Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) who will work with IMC companies and their relvant sustainable team as managers, employees, and customers to address the organization’s approach to environmental responsibility with the goal to minimize the company’s environmental impact including education to all employees for sustainable development and global citizenship.
IMCD businesses are managed responsibly according to the regulatory requirements of China. IMCD ’s Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that IMCD’s operations comply with any applicable law and internal standards. IMCD’s code of conduct compliance assures a long-term success with its customers and employees.
