RODS with Coolant Hole

IMCD produces different types of solid carbide rods with inner coolant channels and different grades. There are 4 different production lines:

1) Straight coolant carbide rods with 1, 2 or 3 coolant oil holes
2) Carbide rods
3) Standard helical coolant carbide rods with 30° and 40 gundrill blank carbide rods
4) Specials

With the combination of the highest grades, highly advanced technology and quality products, IMC has earned the respect of being one of the leaders and main coolant carbide rod suppliers in the market today.

IMCD standard UF10 grades, used in coolant carbide rods, have brought high performance and success in the use of coolant carbide rods. The tight tolerance values of the coolant holes in the carbide rods, and the group classification have given customers a wide range of options for designing their final drills.

IMC produces very high and stable quality gundrills:
1) Straight coolant rod with 1 hole
2) Straight coolant rod with 2 and 3 holes
3) Spiral coolant rods with 2 and 3 holes 30°
4) Spiral coolant rods with 2 and 3 holes 40°
5) Gundrill blanks with 1 kidney hole
6) Gundrill blanks with 2 round holes
7) Special coolant carbide rods
